In the UK, payment is by Sterling cheque made payable to Sticky Paws and includes postage and packaging.

For orders from overseas, payment is by international banker's draft made payable to Sticky Paws. The extra postage for overseas orders will be added together with bank handling charges if any. These details will be forwarded to you with confirmation of availability.

If you are not completely happy with your order please return it within 14 days of receiving it together with your receipt for a full refund. Please e-mail us first to advise us of the situation.
